F & M Contractors and Remodelers provides restorations and repairs on historic and old homes and barns.  some restorations we have completed are small  consisting of windows, doors and archways. Other projects were  longer term, buildings restorations combining multiple projects in one.  We work with the homeowner or building managing on creating phases to help them budget what work needs to be completed sooner than later.  We are always concerned with  and enforcing the structure or back bone of a grand home or barn. Then we can start the "phases" of preserving the history of the home or barn from room to room or top to bottom.
